My brother and I formed our own publishing company, Belanger Books LLC, and we've just released the third novel in our MacDougall Twins with Sherlock Holmes series, "Curse of the Deadly Dinosaur"! Some of our earlier books (through MX Publishing) hit #1 on UK! It was great to meet my readers at book signings in Denver, Colo., and Manchester, N.H. I love being able to edit manuscripts and illustrate novels for a living. Thanks for all of those English classes, Franklin Pierce!" Gregg Doody '92 writes, "Hello Raven Nation! I have recently re-joined the Board of Trustees here at the University. Heading into my 8th year at John Hancock, working out of the South Boston ofce. As I write this note, we have received minimal snow as compared to the 8.5 feet last year. I encourage everyone to take a look at the University website as there are some great things going on and never hesitate to stop by our campus for a visit. GO RAVENS!!" For some years now, I have been working in higher education in enrollment. My wife, Tara Kirby '98, and I just got back from a trip to Hawaii. While on the Big Island, we were walking along the beach, and I was wearing my FPU t-shirt. Someone called out to me. We didn't know him, but he was an FPU grad. His name was Mike, and we talked for hours about all the great times we had at Pierce. He was working and living in Hawaii." Now that our three boys are grown (ages 28, 25, and 22), they come with signifcant others so we were eight total. We journeyed up to Newcastle, Maine, to Oxbow Brewery where we stayed in their beautiful rustic farmhouse that comfortably sleeps nine. It was also a combination birthday celebration for me and our youngest's girlfriend, so that made it even better. We had so much fun that we're thinking of making this family getaway an annual tradition. Happy New Year to all and may 2016 bring you health, love, and joy."
